DiafoldTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and the Diafold team about your use of Diafold. By signing in, you accept them. If you use Diafold for an organisation, you accept them for that organisation too. Questions go to support@diafold.com.
Your account
Keep your email account secure — sign-in codes are sent there. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Workspace admins control who can join a workspace and what members can do.
Acceptable use
Don't use Diafold to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or overload or disrupt the service.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Diafold for you and your workspace. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Third-party services
Some features connect to other services, such as Google Drive. Their own terms apply to them, and you can remove their access at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use Google data.
AI features
When AI features are available in your workspace, the content a feature works on — which can include your teammates' content — is sent to the AI provider to produce a result. AI output can be wrong; check it before relying on it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Diafold running well, but we provide it "as is", without warranties, and it may change or be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and tell you when a change matters. Continuing to use Diafold after a change means you accept it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Diafold team isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Diafold.
Ending
You can stop using Diafold at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
